The 1515 14th St. NW complex is all shiny and new after a series of
openings last weekend. G Fine Art, teaming up with Provisions Library, has Other Than Art, a big, weird group conceptual show that leans heavily toward the politically and socially conscious, featuring Kendall Buster, Lucy Orta, Siemon Allen and others. Adamson Gallery has works by Robert Longo, Victor Schrager, Donald Sultan, and Kelly Towles. And Curator's Office is all decked out in silvery, pharmaceutical-themed wallpaper and dysfunctional bedroom vibes -- the work of Virgil Marti, who is also a part of the Other Than Art show, which was curated by Milena Kalinovska and runs through April 29.
